The location of the unit was great, as it was situated in a popular area with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. the views from the big windows were breathtaking and very Instagram-worthy. the amenities provided were a plus, with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and fast internet available to use at any time.

the unit was smaller than the pictures online, and the air conditioning seemed to not be working properly.

The location was excellent, situated in the best part of Yorkville. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they had excellent communication with us throughout our stay. The room amenities were superb, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, dressing area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, and we were impressed with the flat-screen TV and the parquet floor in the room.
